Crust: 2 cups flour
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup milk
Filling: 3 cups peeled and sliced apples (about 2 pounds worth)
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Assemble in 9" pie pan and bake at 375 for about 50 minutes or until crust is golden brown
